Why copper-oxide mask?
effectively kills the virus
Ordinary masks can only filter bacteria and are unable to kill coronavirus. The coronavirus virus can remain on the surface of a mask and this increases the odds of an ordinary mask becoming a virus carrier. The use of copper-oxide non-woven fabric is effective in inactivating the virus by releasing active Cu2+ ions.
In July 2020, the State Key Laboratory of Emerging Infectious Diseases of The University of Hong Kong confirmed that non-woven PP fabric containing copper-oxide has a significant inactivation effect on the coronavirus. This is especially for coronavirus with 10^2 to 10^4 PFU/ML, the inactivate rate reaches 100% which effectively kills the virus.
